How to Initiate a Return

Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
- Include your order number or other identifying details to help us locate your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
- Pre-ordered products.
- Used or damaged items not in their original condition.
Common Return Reasons and Solutions

Arrived Late
- If your order exceeds the promised delivery time (21 days), you are eligible for an $8 refund as compensation.

Defective/Quality Issues
- If you receive a defective product, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

Doesn't Fit (Wrong Size/Color Ordered)
- Returns or exchanges are accepted; however, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Changed Opinion
- Returns or exchanges are allowed, but the return shipping fee is your responsibility.

Wrong Item Received
- We’ll cover the return shipping fee and send you the correct item at no additional cost.

- A replacement product will be shipped free of charge.

Steps to Return Your Order
- Contact Us: Email us at info@morlego.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval & Address: Our customer service team will confirm your return eligibility and provide the return address.
- Pack Your Items: Securely package the items in their original condition and include all accessories.
- Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided and share the tracking number with us.
- Refund Process: After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.
Inspection & Refund Adjustments
If returned items show signs of use:
- 30% deduction: Visible stains or minor wear.
- 50% deduction: Significant wear, including tread wear or insole discoloration/odor.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Damaged on Arrival
- Take clear photos of the damaged item and email them to info@morlego.com within 5 days of receipt.
- We’ll ship a replacement free of charge. If a second defect occurs, we’ll issue a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without fees.
- After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered as:
- A refund to your original payment method.
- A gift card for future purchases.
Accepting a partial refund finalizes the transaction for the items in question.
Chargebacks and Disputes
